Other Users: Basic profile data shared with Clients or Taskers as part of the service
Service Providers: Including Stripe (payments) and Checkr (background checks)

4. Background Checks and Licensing (Optional)

Taskers may choose to undergo a background check using Checkr. This is entirely optional and not required to use the Platform.
If submitted, license or certification documents are stored and displayed to users at the Tasker's discretion.
RaketMo is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or current status of background check results or licensing documentation.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update your account information at any time
You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link
You may request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with our legal obligations.

8. Children’s Privacy

RaketMo is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
